Only 1 in 5 kids get the exercise they need. And it matters.

Kids who move now are more likely to keep moving as adults. The habits you build at home today can stay with them for life.

Homeschool Family Fitness is a simple PE plan for elementary and middle school. One lesson a week. No prep. All your kids together.

Their bodies are growing right now

Kids need to run, jump, and lift to build strong muscles and bones. Experts say at least 3 days a week.

When kids learn what their muscles, bones, and body systems do, moving starts to make sense. It’s not just “go play.”

And you don’t need a gym or a team. Start small, right at home. One lesson a week is enough to build the habit.

Meet Coach Jenn

Coach Jenn with her husband and five kids, all flexing their arms and smiling.

Hi, I’m Jenn! I’m a homeschool mom of five and a former gymnastics coach. For five years, I’ve been helping families move together on my YouTube channel, Homeschool Family Fitness.

I know this works because we lived it. My kids are grown now, and they all still work out. But we didn’t start big. We started small. Small lessons. Together. Learning about muscles, bones, and how the body works.

That’s what I put into this curriculum. Now I get to share it with you.

Questions parents ask

How long does each lesson take?

About 20 minutes or less. It’s a 5 to 10 minute lesson, then a 5 to 10 minute workout. Easy to fit into any school day.

Will my kids actually like it?

Lessons are short, workouts get them moving, and there’s even a bones song to help it stick. Kids learn something new about their bodies every week, then get up and use it.

Can I use it with kids of different ages?

Yes! It’s one plan for kindergarten through 8th grade. Younger kids learn the basics, and older kids go deeper. Everyone does PE together.

Is this a real PE curriculum?

Yes. It’s a full year of PE: 38 weekly lessons on muscles, bones, and body systems, plus journal activities and a workout every week.

Do I need any equipment?

Nope! No equipment needed. Just your kids and a little room to move.

Do I have to print it?

It’s up to you. You’ll download it as a PDF. Print it, or use it right from your computer. For workouts, scan the QR code for the video or just read the workout.

What if it’s not a fit for my family?

Try it for 30 days. If it’s not a fit, just email me and I’ll give you your money back.
